Initially only available for the Account, Case, Opportunity, and Contact records.

These indicators show which of your colleagues is working on this record. You can start a chat or send and email quickly from the menu.

An improved advanced find
The current advanced find feature (the filter icon in the top right of your screen) is used to create new views or to search for specific records. This update will bring the feature in line with the other parts of Dynamics, making it more accessible and easier to use.

Discover new contacts using AI
- Uncover new contacts at accounts that your colleagues have interacted with over email
- Uncover colleagues who have connections with contacts that you and your colleagues have interacted with over email
- View an interaction score that tells you how well your organisation is connected to an account or contact
- Access a summary of the relationship between your organisation and other organisations or individual contacts.

AI Junk lead filtering
Available June 2022
Save time by only working on high quality leads with AI filtering
The system will filter out
- Wrong email addresses
- Incomplete data
- No contact info
- Bad quality information like leads with known fictitious names
Sales intelligence features available to Sales Enterprise users
Some Dynamics 365 Sales Premium features will now be available to customers with a Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise
- Voice call conversation intelligence (up to 3 hours/ month)
- Analyse salespeople’s voice calls to manage and improve your team
- Sales accelerator (up to 1,500 records / month)
- Help sales people have a clearer picture of what work to concentrate on
- Use multiple channels on one page
- Get recommendations for the next customer to contact
- Create a sequence to simplify the sales process
- Predictive scoring for leads and opportunities (up to 1,500 leads or opportunity records scored / month)
- Automatically score leads using AI, so you can spend more time focusing on leads likely to convert
