How much does Dynamics 365 cost?

- Types and numbers of users
Business size
First of all, you have two options to choose from
Enterprise edition
Plans and applications for businesses with hundreds to thousands of users. The prices shown below are for this edition.
Business edition
Applications for small and medium-sized organisations with up to a few hundred users. You will have access to fewer apps
Apps
There are currently 6 apps in the Dynamics 365 suite

Choose which apps you need, and crucially, decide which users need full or read-only access to which app
User subscription packages
Once you’ve chosen your apps, for each user (or group of users), choose a subscription which fits with his or her requirements

Team Members Subscription (Light use)
For those who consume information and complete small tasks across any of the apps. Users will be able to read data and make small changes to the system.

For Team Member and Plan 1 subscriptions, prices per user decrease as the number of users go up.
