We have systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 that integrates with your other existing systems, so it’s a really key point. It has an open infrastructure, which means it can integrate with many other systems out there. We commonly integrate with finance systems such as Sage or Xero, and we integrate with e-commerce platforms such as Magento. But we can actually integrate with any other system that has an interface that enables it.

So, if you have some integration working currently, we can replicate that with Microsoft Dynamics 365. It’s a really key point when you’re looking at a new CRM system like Microsoft Dynamics. Do you still need that legacy system? Is that something that could be replaced with new functionality, better functionality, and more secure functionality in the CRM system? It’s a chance to review your whole system infrastructure and have a look at everything you use. What’s the purpose of it? Is there a better alternative out there nowadays that would make it more effective? Because instead of integrating, you can have it all within a single system.

So, if you do need to integrate, absolutely fine. But I mean, there’s some way to get data out of your system, data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 is not a problem at all. There are several ways it can be achieved, and each of those has pros and cons. It’s a good thing to chat through with an expert to make sure that you understand what those pros and cons are because there’s usually a cost-effective way, which is sometimes a little bit more manually intensive. Or there’s a more expensive way, which is automated. Automated options are typically perfect when you need a huge amount of volume to be integrated or it needs to be very, very frequent. But some more cost-effective, more manual routes are when you can afford for something to be updated only maybe once a day, once a week, once a month.
