Earlyarts is the award winning, national network for early childhood educators who believe in nurturing their children’s creative potential.
The opportunity
They asked us to integrate their Kashflow accounting system with their website’s eCommerce WordPress shop to improve their connectivity. The aim was to manage finances more effectively and save admin time in administering both systems.
The solution
Before connecting their systems, we wanted to ensure that the benefits for Earlyarts outweighed the costs of the development. We undertook an objective Return on Investment (ROI) exercise which resulted in recurring annual savings in administration costs of £2,880. Apart from the financial savings, this also freed up nearly 200 hours per year to spend on more value-added activities. A significant impact for a micro company.
We spent time understanding the business processes of all stakeholders involved to ensure their needs were met. We then project managed and developed the solution on time and to budget.
