Some of the team here at All My Systems have decided to ascend 3330 feet up Mount Snowdon this July to raise money for the Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice.
The hospice supports children with life shortening conditions and their families in West Yorkshire. They support children and families in many different ways to make their lives just a little bit easier. From offering respite to hydrotherapy, music therapy, neonatal care, counselling or bereavement support; their care team supports the whole family both at their purpose built hospice in Huddersfield as well in families own homes. They need to raise £3.8million each year with just 6% of this coming from government sources.
Our Managing Director, Mark Pullar is a keen walker and regularly holidays in the Snowdonia area but has never actually been up Snowdon until now:
“As a member of the hospice’s 99ers Business Club, and having seen the amazing work that they do, we decided we wanted to do more for the charity and help raise money and awareness where we can. I’ve always wanted to climb Snowdon and so when I had the idea to do it this Summer, I thought it would be good to get some of the team involved and to raise money for charity at the same time”
The climb will take place on Saturday 15th July and for those that would like to donate, please visit our Just Giving page
