We’re looking forward to tailor-making software to join their current finance and production system with a new CRM. The new system uses Microsoft Dynamics CRM to automate their sales pipeline, marketing campaigns and reporting.
Advanced Dynamics Managing Director Malcolm Little praised our “clarity, vision and understanding” of their requirements. Malcolm said we “understood what we wanted” and followed it up quickly with a “practical demonstration which helped me see what was needed”.
