Will the CRM System Integrate With our Existing Systems?

Integrations are crucial and Microsoft 365 will not hold you back

Some businesses are concerned about integrating their CRM systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, with their existing systems.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 has an open infrastructure, which allows it to integrate with many other systems out there. We commonly integrate with finance systems such as Sage or Xero, as well as e-commerce platforms such as Magento, WooCommerce or Shopify. But we can also integrate with any other system with an interface that enables us to do so.

If you have already integrated some of your systems, we can replicate that with Microsoft Dynamics 365. When you’re looking at a new CRM system such as Microsoft Dynamics, you may need to consider if you even need those legacy systems. Could they be replaced with new, better, and more secure functionality in a CRM system? This is your chance to review your whole system infrastructure. After considering your current systems and their purposes, you might find a better alternative that would make them more effective, instead of integrating them all to a new system.

If you decide that you do need to integrate, it should not be a problem to export data from your old system and into Microsoft Dynamics 365. There are several ways this can be achieved, and each option has pros and cons. It would be best to discuss your options with an expert to make sure that you understand those pros and cons.

The most cost-effective choice is usually more manually intensive, while the more expensive choice will be more automated. Automated options are perfect for when you need a large volume of data to be integrated, or if updates are required quite frequently. However, a more cost-effective and manual route might be better if you only need your data updated once a week or once a month.
