You may have seen the term Dynamics 365 banded about and wondered what everyone is talking about.
Phrases like Dynamics 365 – bringing CRM and ERP together and transforming the face of CRM with 365 are all around.
If you’re a current Dynamics CRM customer then you’re probably wondering how this is going to affect your current subscription, questions like:
- when will it start?
- will it include the same functionality as we have currently with CRM?
- will it affect my licencing costs?
- will we be moved seamlessly on to 365 or do we need to cancel our CRM licencing and start a new subscription?
The Dynamics CRM platform isn’t disappearing, but from 1st November 2016 it will be renamed Dynamics 365. Microsoft is increasing the functionality, so all the great stuff you already love about Dynamics CRM will still be there.
Although the Dynamics 365 licences will be available from 1st November, users can wait until the end of their current subscription year to move to Dynamics 365. Existing Dynamics CRM customers can also benefit from transition pricing, allowing them to upgrade at a lower cost. All My Systems would handle this transition for our customers ensuring a seamless move from CRM to 365.
