Customer spotlight – Katchr

Welcome to our latest client, Katchr. Katchr have been developing and delivering data solutions to UK law firms since 2011. They specialise in Law Firm management information and business intelligence, helping law firms to profit from their data by providing access to critical information from across the business.

Based in the Media Centre in Huddersfield, the company was founded by Managing Director Graham Moore.

Previously known as SmartEye by Exen, the company recently went through a rebrand. With the new name comes a new look and feel and greater functionality, with the product now also accessible on mobile devices so teams have access to information whilst on the go.

Along with the company rebrand, the team at Katchr started to look at their internal systems and got in touch with us here at All My Systems to see if we could help. After speaking with our MD, Mark Pullar, Graham realised that their current CRM system was no longer fit for purpose and that Microsoft Dynamics 365 provided the capabilities to manage both their sales pipeline and customer service functions in a single system. It would also integrate with Xero, their accounting package. Once phase 1 is running smoothly, Phase 2 client web portals are next in line, providing Katchr clients with the ability to manage their own records.

“We had our initial business systems audit with Mark and it became clear that our current systems were no longer up to the job. Our existing CRM system didn’t talk to our accounting system which was making invoicing and order processing very frustrating. Alongside this we were also using lots of spreadsheets. Our plans to grow the business mean we need a CRM system that will accommodate our changing requirements. I didn’t realise Microsoft Dynamics 365 could be tailored to fit small businesses, it’s the perfect choice.”

We’re very excited to be partnering with Katchr to improve their business systems and help them with their growth plans.
